RTO catalytic combustion equipment, where RTO, Chinese means regenerative thermal oxidation technology, is an abbreviated form of the English name "Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. RTO regenerative thermal oxidation heat recovery adopts a new non-steady-state heat transfer method. The equipment principle: when the organic waste gas is heated to above 760 ℃, the VOC in the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O. The high-temperature gas produced by oxidation flows through a special heat storage body to heat up the heat storage body and "heat storage". This heat storage is used to preheat the subsequent organic waste gas, thereby saving the fuel consumption of waste gas heating. The catalytic combustion equipment produced by our company is designed according to the two basic principles of activated carbon adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving). It adopts dual gas path design and can work continuously. The scheme design uses a catalytic combustion chamber and two or more Adsorption beds are used alternately. When using the first organic waste gas by activated carbon adsorption treatment, when will reach saturation stop adsorption, and then use hot air desorption of organic matter from activated carbon to make activated carbon regeneration, desorption of organic matter has been concentrated (concentration increased by dozens of times) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor discharge. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches more than 2000PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. A small part of the tail gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, and most of it is sent to the adsorption bed for the regeneration of activated carbon, which can not only meet the heat energy required for combustion and adsorption, but also achieve the purpose of energy saving. After regeneration can enter the next adsorption. In the case of desorption, the purification operation can be carried out with another adsorption bed, both for continuous operation and for intermittent operation.
When there is no exhaust gas discharged from the furnace area on the third floor at the time of startup, it is ignited from the air inlet. When the RTO furnace reaches a certain temperature, the exhaust gas valve is opened. After the exhaust gas passes through the filter box to remove impurities such as dust, the exhaust gas is sent to the furnace body through the lower (gray) pipe by the air blower. Set: the first work is a tower and two towers, this time a tower of the intake valve and two tower of the exhaust valve (three tower of the blowback valve) at the same time open. The working time of each group of towers is 3 minutes. That is to say, three minutes later, two towers and three towers will work with two in, three out and one back blowing. After the exhaust gas is heated, it is sent to the heat exchanger by the air supply fan (yellow air pipe) and then discharged through the chimney. The purpose of back blowing is to fully burn the exhaust gas in the useless tower.
